Cold Feed Bins

The bins are all welded and modular in construction, permitting easy addition of bins to meet growing needs. Steep be walls and valley angles allow free flow of aggregates from the feeders minimising hang up of materials in the feeders minimising hang up of materials in the corners and bridging with sticky aggregates. The bins are equipped with adjustable gates. The belt feeders can have either fixed or variable speed drives. The optional variable speed drive coupled with total and proportional accuracy of operation.

Salient Features of Wet Mix Macadam Plant :

"VINAYAK" WMM Plant has several outstanding technical features which make them the right choice for contraction work.
"VINAYAK" Pugmaill unit is lined on the inside with 10mm Ni-hard (Nickle Hard) replaceable tiles as against coma' M.S. liner plate of 5mm thickness used by other manufacturers. These liners are for inner shell & side plate. As a result of this minimum wearing occurs resulting in longer life of the pugmill as compared to other manufacturers.
"VINAYAK" pugmill arm & tips are of heavy duty design (inspired by German design) to achieve homogeneous mix especially the Ni-hard tips of size 264mmx134mmx32mm thick as against small size of other manufacturers. As a result of this minimal wear tear occurs, which in turn leads to Economical Operational Cost of the plant?
"VINAYAK" pugmill is designed to take overload of 20, in continuous operation without affecting the quality of mix.
Due to low power requirement in "VINAYAK" plant against higher power consumption of other manufacturers there will be substantial saving in consumption of diesel in D.G Set: reflecting power efficient design.
All Conveyor Structure of "VINAYAK" Plant are fabricated from heavy duty structure with adequate cross strengthening as against single channel provided by others manufacturers.
The volume of "VINAYAK" pugmill is comparatively higher than other manufacturer’s resuling in better mix and fluent discharge of mix material.
"VINAYAK" provides all important inputs like, Electric Motor, Gear Box Bearing etc. of standard and approved make, as against local make inputs provided by other manufacturers.
